In this episode, discover the journey of Nathalie, Packaging Coordinator, who has been with Naturalvi for 32 years!
Naturalvi: Hello Nathalie. How long have you been working at Naturalvi, and how did you start your journey with the company?
Nathalie : I joined Naturalvi in September 1991, at the company’s inception. At that time, we were just four people, and I started as a packer.
Naturalvi: How has the company evolved since you started 32 years ago?
Nathalie : When I arrived at Naturalvi, there was only one machine for making paper trays. It was a modest time but full of potential. Today, we have six machines, and our team has significantly grown from 4 to 47 employees. Over 32 years, a lot of progress has been made. I’ve witnessed the company’s growth and expansion over time, and I’m very proud of it!
Naturalvi: Can you tell us about your journey within Naturalvi and your current role?
Nathalie : I have evolved a lot over the years at Naturalvi. As mentioned, I started 32 years ago as a packer. Today, I am the Packaging Coordinator: I oversee and train the packers. Additionally, I am responsible for quality control of the paper trays. This is a task I enjoy greatly because it has allowed me to develop skills that I didn’t have initially! I particularly appreciate this diversity in my work, which allows me to contribute to several aspects of our production while ensuring the quality of our products.
Naturalvi: Is it important for you to work in a company with ecological values?
Nathalie : Absolutely. I am particularly proud to be part of a company committed to ecological practices. I fully support the sustainable practices implemented by the company: recycling by valorizing paper scraps, waste sorting, and eliminating plastic cups. We even each have our own NATURALVI mug!
Naturalvi: Where do you see yourself in the coming years?
Nathalie : I hope to have the chance to complete my last 10 years at Naturalvi and perhaps continue to evolve and develop new skills. Nowadays, it is rare to be able to end one’s career at the company where it all began.
We would like to once again extend a big thank you to Nathalie for agreeing to answer our questions and for her dedication for over 32 years!
