In this new episode of our interview series Les Emballés, we’re giving the floor to Ramazan, a maintenance technician who has been part of Naturalvi for 4 years now.
Naturalvi : Hello Ramazan, could you briefly introduce yourself and tell us about your background before joining Naturalvi?
Ramazan : My name is Ramazan, I’m 29 years old and I work as a maintenance technician. Before joining Naturalvi, I started my career as a maintenance technician at an aluminum packaging manufacturer.
Naturalvi : How long have you been part of the Naturalvi team? What made you want to join this company in particular?
Ramazan : I discovered Naturalvi after my previous factory closed, and I have now been in my position for 4 years.
The family spirit and close-knit environment really made the difference in my decision to join the Naturalvi team.
Naturalvi : In your role as a maintenance technician, what brings you the most satisfaction on a daily basis?
Ramazan : What I enjoy most is troubleshooting issues and getting equipment back up and running after a breakdown.
There’s also a great variety of tasks : every day is different!
Naturalvi : We manufacture eco-friendly packaging. Is this commitment to the environment important to you in your daily work?
Ramazan : Yes, it’s something that matters to me. Working for a committed company is important. Today, reducing our environmental impact is essential, and it encourages me to pay more attention to best practices.
Naturalvi : If you had to mention a memorable moment or an achievement you are particularly proud of since joining, what would it be?
Ramazan : I contributed to the installation of three new machines at our second site, and seeing them running smoothly today is a great achievement.
Naturalvi : In your opinion, what makes Naturalvi stand out compared to other factories where you have worked?
Ramazan : Naturalvi’s strength comes from its family spirit, colleagues are always there to help when needed. There’s also the environmental commitment, which gives real meaning to our daily work.
Naturalvi : What message or advice would you give to a future colleague who would like to join the maintenance team or Naturalvi?
Ramazan : I would say: be curious, motivated, and willing to learn. The job requires rigor and responsiveness, but also a positive mindset. If you are curious and committed, you will quickly find your place.
